Warsaw once again became a place where tourism meets business and innovation. The third edition of the ITTF Warsaw fair at the Palace of Culture and Science brought together over 200 exhibitors from 32 countries, and the event was attended by 8,500 participants from 68 countries – numbers that speak volumes about the scale and prestige of the event.

It was three days of intensive meetings, substantive debates, inspiration, and global collaboration. This year’s edition set a record scale and confirmed that tourism is one of the most promising sectors of the economy.
A strong market voice: the economy is growing, and tourism is growing even faster
The official opening of the fair was conducted by the Secretary of State at the Ministry of Sport and Tourism, Ireneusz Raś, who emphasized that Poland is now among the 20 largest economies in the world. With a projected GDP growth of 3.4%, the country is developing steadily, while the tourism sector is outpacing the overall economy – with an expected 4% revenue growth in 2025.
This is a strong signal for the industry: tourism remains a key development sector, and international events like ITTF Warsaw are an essential platform for exchanging experiences and building competitive advantage.

The impressive diversity of offerings – from national tourism organizations to regions, cities, tour operators, accommodation providers, and tech companies – demonstrated the multidimensional nature of today’s travel market.
The significant representation of ambassadors and the diplomatic corps at the inauguration highlighted the event’s growing international importance. Multicultural booths showcased the traditions, cuisine, culture, and attractions of regions from around the world, and the originality of the displays became one of the most frequently praised aspects of this year’s edition. Poland was represented by key tourist regions: Mazovia, Łódź, Lublin, Lesser Poland, and Silesia.

B2B – the essence of ITTF Warsaw: efficiency, contacts, concrete results
The ITTF Warsaw format consistently strengthens B2B foundations, offering professional participants an expert program prepared by the Polish Chamber of Tourism and an online meeting scheduling system. The industry program was divided into two key days: Corporate Client Day, focused on MICE, business travel, delegation management, and corporate travel trends; and Tour Operator Day, focused on cooperation with travel agencies, hospitality, service distribution, and market analysis.
The fair was attended not only by industry representatives and professional visitors but also by travel enthusiasts and people planning trips. A significant presence was also ensured by 42 vocational schools, highlighting the educational role of the event and its importance in shaping the future workforce of the tourism sector.
Travelers’ Festival “Zwrotnik”
One of the most important elements of this year’s fair was the first edition of the Travelers’ Festival “Zwrotnik” – an event full of emotion, authenticity, and inspiration, which perfectly complemented the fair’s business character.

Inspiring line-up and exhibitions that transported visitors around the world
On the stages appeared, among others: Łukasz Nowicki, White Wolf – Marek Suslik, Grzegorz Kłak, Magdalena Koniecka, Anna Olej-Kobus, Marcin Jamkowski, Marzena Hmielewicz, Sławomir Makaruk, Michał Cessanis, Olga Potempa, Krzysztof Kobus, Edyta Chrząszcz, Jacek Borowski, Małgorzata Girek, and Dariusz Morsztyn.
Debates led by Karolina Walczowska, featuring Marcin Wieczorkowski and Michał Cessanis, attracted audiences eager for honest, humorous, and insightful discussions on modern travel. In the exhibition area, visitors could admire photographs by Edyta Chrząszcz, Marcin Jamkowski, and Marzena Hmielewicz. The artists shared the behind-the-scenes stories of their works, turning the exhibition into a living workshop of inspiration.
